| 摘 要： | 目的观察龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法将91例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组48例采用龙氏正骨手法治疗,对照组43例采用枕—颌式坐位牵引方法治疗。结果试验组的综合疗效、近期疗效均高于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计意义（P＆lt;0.01）。结论龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
