变应性鼻炎鼻腔扩容术的疗效分析

目的：探讨鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎鼻腔扩容术治疗的临床疗效。方法：对90例2005至2010年广东佛山市中医院收治的90例变应性鼻炎并鼻中隔偏曲患者行鼻腔扩容术。结果：全部患者随访12个月以上，术后2个月，显效84例、有效6例，总有效率100％；术后12个月，显效78例、有效5例，总有效率92％。结论：鼻中隔黏膜软骨膜下功能矫正术＋下鼻甲成型术通过改变鼻腔通气构造及神经敏感性，对变应性鼻炎具有较好疗效。

The efficacy of nasal dilatancy surgery in treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy nasal dilatancy surgery in treatment of allergic rhinitis of nasal septum deviation. Methods：Between 2005 and 2010,90 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis of nasal septum deviation registered in Foshan Hospital of TCM were performed nasal dilataney surgery. Results： A following-up of more than 12 months was done on all patients. On one hand,84 cases were found with obvious remission and 6 cases with effects at 2 months after surgery, with a total effective rate being 100%. On other hand ,78 cases were found with obvious remission and 5 cases with effects ,with a total effective rate being 92%. Conclusion： The nasal mucosa cartilage surgery ＋ angioplasty of inferior turbinate might be favorably effective in treatment of allergic rhinitis through changes on the nasal ventilation.
