摘    要:从半夏安神治失眠的作用原理、常用配伍、用法用量几方面对半夏的安神作用进行探讨,提出半夏治失眠常与秫米、薏苡仁、夏枯草、夜交藤、茯苓、百合、百部配伍,一般需用30 g以上方效,必要时可用生半夏,但用时宜先煎至少30分钟。

Abstract:Tranquilizing effects of BanXia(Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit) are explored from the mechanism,common combination,usage and dose.BanXia is often combined with ShuMi,YiYiRen(Semen Coicis),XiaKuCao(Spica Prunellae),YeJiaoTeng(Tuber Fleeceflower Stem),FuLing(Poria),BaiHe(Lilium brownii var.viridulum),BaiBu(Stemona sessilifolia(Miq.) Miq.) when they are applied to insomnia,it works when the dose are more than 30g usually,if necessary,unprocessed BanXia could be used.When used,be cooked at least 30 minutes.
