| 摘 要： | 目的：观察知柏地黄汤加味治疗绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法：将92例绝经综合征患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各46例,治疗组予知柏地黄汤加味早晚饭后半小时口服,1剂/d。对照组：睡前服用艾司唑仑2.5 mg,1次/d,谷维素20 mg口服,3次/d。2组均以1周为1个疗程,连用2个疗程后判断疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.7%;对照组为82.6%。2组总有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结果：知柏地黄汤加味治疗绝经综合征效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To verify curative effects of modified ZhiBai DiHuangTang for climacteric syndrome.Method： All 92 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group equally.Treatment group took orally modified ZhiBai DiHuangTang in half an hour after breakfast or supper,one dose per day.Control group took 2.5mg estazolam before sleep,once each day,and 20mg oryzanol,three times each day.One week were one course of treatment,after two consecutive courses of treatment,the effects were evaluated.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.7%,superior to 82.6% of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： Modified ZhiBai DiHuangTang can treat climacteric syndrome remarkably. |
