复方白龙胶囊联用化疗治疗消化道癌52例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的消化道恶性肿瘤82例,随机分为两组。治疗组52例采用复方白龙胶囊配合化疗治疗,对照组30例单用化疗。结果:治疗组CR4例,PR16例,MR11例,SD13例,PD8例,总有效率为59.62%;对照组CR2例,PR8例,MR4例,SD9例,PD7例,总有效率为46.67%。两组总有效率比较,无显著差异(χ2=1.29,P>0.05)。而对造血功能影响以及治疗后NK细胞活性变化、血清CEA值变化治疗组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗消化道肿瘤可延长生存期,减少化疗的毒副反应,从而提高临床疗效。

Observation on the Effect of Combined Compound Bailong Capsule(CBC,复方白龙胶囊) and Chemotherapy in Treating Digestive Tract Cancer,a Report of 82 Cases

Objective:To observe the effect of combined CBC and chemotherap in treating digestive tract cancer.Method:82 patients with digestive tract cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group 52 cases treated with combined CBC and chemotherapy and the control group(30 cases) treated with chemotherapy alone.Result:In the treatment group,CR 4 cases,PR 16 cases,MR 11 cases,SD 13 cases,PD 8 cases,thetotal effective rate was 59.62%.While in the control group,the numbers were 2,8,4,9,7 respectively,the total effective rate was 46.67%.The difference in the total effective rate between two groups was not significant.The improvement of marrow function,NK and CEA in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.Conclusion:Combined TCM and WM could prolong the life span of patients and degrade the toxic side reaction of chemotherapy,so as to improve the clinical effect.
