| Abstract: | In order to study the relationship between toxoplasma infection and carcinoma,two kinds of ELISA method were used to examine serum toxoplasmatic antibody IgM and circulating antigen(CAg) in 126 patients with carcinoma.The results showed that the positive rates of IgM and CAg in carcinoma patients were respectively 19.04%(24/126),15.87%(20/126);in healthy men were all 2.94%,there was apparent difference between carcinoma patients and healthy men.Thus,we propose that serum toxoplasmatic antibody and circulating antigen should be examined in carcinoma patients. |
