| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨沙参麦冬汤对阴虚大鼠的免疫作用机制。方法：以沙参麦冬汤治疗阴虚大鼠，测定治疗前后脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和血清细胞因子IL-2、IL-6变化。结果：沙参麦冬汤治疗组较阴虚模型组淋巴细胞增殖指数和IL-2含量明显增高（P〈O．01）、血清IL-6含量明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论：沙参麦冬汤可提高阴虚大鼠的免疫功能，并能抑制炎症反应，减轻炎症损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the immune effect of decoction of glehnia and ophiopogon on deficiency of yin rats.Methods: The deficiency of yin rats model was induced by cortisone to study the effects of decoction of glehnia and ophiopogon on the levels of important cytokines in serum and lymphocyte proliferation.Results: The results showed that Decoction of glehnia and ophiopgon can increases the levels of serum IL-2 and lymphocyts proliferation,also can decrese the the level of serum IL-6.Conclusions: Decoction of glehnia and ophiopogon can increases the immune function of the deficiency of yin rats,and suppress immunologic reaction to lessen immunologic pathologic lesion. |
