| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨卡氏肺囊虫肺炎的影像诊断。方法：搜集了8例经病理证实的上述病例资料，均行X线胸部摄影检查。结果：胸片可以观察到：病变呈双侧，有网状结节影，浓密的斑片状影和云团状影以及全肺实变影。结论：卡氏肺囊虫肺炎的影像表现是多变的，X线胸片对本病的诊断有重要价值，最终确诊有赖于病理检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate radiographic features of PCP. Methods 8 cases with PCP were com-firmed by pathology. Chest radiography were performed in 8 cases. Results The lesions were bilateral. The reticulo -nodular densities, multiple cloudy - cluster or patchy opacitication and diffuse consolidation involving the entire lung were observed on X - ray films. Conclusion PCP may exhibit a variety of imaing appearances. Chestradiography provides valuable clues. The definitive diagnosis depends on pathological examination. |
