1例癌症晚期患者疼痛治疗的药学监护

目的:分析癌症晚期患者疼痛治疗的特点,为制定药物治疗方案、进行药学监护及用药教育等方面提供参考。方法:根据癌症晚期患者的疼痛治疗原则及疼痛特点、选择治疗药物,并分析药物不良反应及用药教育等。结果:通过多种辅助药物联合应用,协同加强镇痛作用,使患者疼痛得到了有效的控制。临床药师在治疗过程中密切监测患者胃肠道反应及血生化指标等变化情况,使患者在疼痛得到控制的同时最大限度地避免不良反应的危害。结论:临床药师应关注晚期癌痛患者的疼痛主诉,按照三阶梯镇痛原则,根据药物的作用特点协助医师做好药物应用的"加法运算",对可能的药物不良反应进行积极的干预,才能更好地协助医生为病人解除痛苦,提高晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量。

Case analysis on pain management of an advanced cancer patient

Objective:To analyzethe characteristics of pain management in patients with advanced cancer, and to provide reference for the formulation of pharmacotherapy plan, pharmaceutical care and drug education.Methods:To analyze the principlesof painmanagement,characteristicsof pain and its pharmacotherapy, drug selection, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and education in the treatment of patients with advanced cancer.Results:Using a combination of multiple auxiliary agents, the analgesic effect was enhancedso that the patient's pain was effectively controlled. In the treatment of the patient,clinicalpharmacistsclosely monitored gastrointestinal reaction, respiratory, muscle tone and blood biochemical parameters, in order tovoid the harm of adverse reactions during pain management. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacist should pay attention to chief complaints in pain of patients with advanced cancer.In accordance with “Three-step Analgesic Ladder Principle”, according to the characteristics of drug action,clinical pharmacist can assist physicians in rational drug use and positive interventionofadverse drug reactions, in order to relieve painandimprove the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.
