佳蓉片治疗更年期妇女灼口综合征的疗效观察及其对舌侧缘浅表组织P物质的影响

目的：观察佳蓉片治疗更年期妇女灼口综合征（BMS）的临床疗效及其对患者舌侧缘浅表组织P物质（SP）的影响。方法：将60例更年期妇女BMS患者随机分为佳蓉片组30例、空白对照组30例,应用疼痛指数法比较其临床疗效,并通过放射免疫分析技术检测两组患者治疗前后舌侧缘浅表组织P物质水平。结果：治疗2个疗程后佳蓉片组疼痛指数较治疗前和治疗1个疗程后明显减少（P﹤0.01）,与空白对照组之间有显著性差异（P﹤0.01）。佳蓉片组的总有效率明显高于空白对照组（P﹤0.01）。治疗2个疗程后佳蓉片组患者舌侧缘浅表组织P物质浓度较治疗前显著降低（p﹤0.01）。结论：佳蓉片治疗更年期妇女BMS具有良好的临床疗效,减少舌表面组织P物质的含量,可能是其治疗更年期妇女BMS的作用机制之一。

Observation of the therapeutic effect of Jiarong table on burning mouth syndrome of climacteric female and its influence on Substance P of the tissue scraped from the margo lateralis linguae

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiarong tablet on Burning Mouth Syndrome of climacteric female. To study its influence on Substance P of the tissue scraped from the margo lateralis linguae. Method： Sixty cases of Burning Mouth Syndrome of climacteric female were randomly divided into two groups：Jiarong tablet group （n=30） and blank group （n=30）. To compare the therapeutic effect by pain rating. Meanwhile, to detect the density of Substance P of the tissue scraped from the surface of the tongue. Result： The pain index of Jiarong tablet group after two courses was decreased obviously when compared with that before treatment and after one course （P 〈 0.01）. There was significant difference in Jiarong tablet group compared with that in blank group （P 〈 0.01）. The total effective rate of Jiarong tablet group was better when compared with that in blank group （P 〈 0.01）.The intensity of Substance P was decreased obviously in Jiarong tablet group after two courses when compared with that before treatment （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Jiarong tablet on BMS was fine. Jiarong tablet may decrease the intensity of Substance P of the tissue scraped from the margo later- alis linguae, which maybe one of its mechanisms in treatment on BMS of climacteric female.
