两种方法治疗类风湿性关节炎效果分析

目的客观评价寒痹康胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法类风湿性关节炎患者100例，按治疗方法不同分为：中西医结合治疗组（观察组）50例，年龄35～56岁；病程0．5～5年；西医治疗组（对照组）50例，年龄37～58岁；病程0．8~6年。观察组用寒痹康胶囊治疗，对照组用西药（尼美舒利）治疗，两组均以4周为1个疗程，观察2组疗效及有无不良反应。结果观察组治愈率、显效率、有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），无效率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组总有效率88．0％明显高于对照组70．0％（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后ESR、CRP、RF、IgG、IgA和IgM含量均低于治疗前（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗前后差值明显高于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；对照组不良反应者15例（32．0％），观察组3例（6．0％），观察组较对照组不良反应发生率低（P〈0．01）。结论寒痹康胶囊治疗类风湿眭关节炎安全有效，减少不良反应发生。

Analysis of Results in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis by Two Treatment Methods

Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of cold Bi Capsule treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, according to different treatment methods include ： Integrated Treatment Group （observation group ） 50 patients, aged from 35 to 56 years old;course of 0.5 to 5 years; Western medicine treatment group （the control group） in 50 cases,age 37 to 58 years of age; course of 0.8 to 6 years. Observation group with cold Bi Capsule treatment,the control group with Western medicine （Nimesulide）in the treatment of the two groups were in four weeks for a course of treatment,observation, and whether or not the two groups of adverse reactions. Re- sults Curative rate,significant efficiency and effective rate were significantly higher（P〈 0.05）,the efficiency was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.05 ）, observed that the total efficiency of 88.0% was significantly higher 70.0% （P 〈 0.05 ）after treatment group 2 ESR, CRP, RF, IgG,IgA,and IgM levels were lower than before treatment（P〈 0.05） difference between before and after the treatment group was significantly higher（P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）;adverse reactions to the control group of 15 cases （32.0%）, group 3 patients （6.0%）, observation group than the control group adverse reaction rate is low（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Cold Bi Capsule is safe and effective treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions.
