不同培养基在鉴定致病性弧菌中的作用分析

目的探讨不同的增菌液及分离培养基在鉴定副溶血性弧菌及其他致病性弧菌中的作用。方法采用新旧两版(2003和2008年)国家标准中涉及到的增菌液和分离培养基对单一弧菌和混合弧菌进行检验。结果新版国标中3%氯化钠碱性蛋白胨水增菌效果较以往氯化钠结晶紫增菌液显著,新增科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基在鉴别不同类型的弧菌中作用明显。结果新的国家标准中对增菌液的选择进行调整,并新增了选择性培养基的种类,对于快速、准确地检出副溶血性弧菌及相应的弧菌起到了很好的作用。能够提高弧菌的检出率。

Analysis on The Function of Different Culture Mediums Influencing Identification of Pathogenic Vibrio

Objective]To discuss the function of different enrichment broths and culture mediums in identification of parahaemolyticus vibrio and other types of pathogenic vibrio.Methods]Using mono-vibrio and multi-vibrio as subjects to be tested in the enrichment broths and isolate culture medium which were involved in the 2 versions of The National Standards（Published in 2003 and 2008）.Results]The intensifying effect of alkaline peptone water with 3% sodium chloride was better than sodium chloride crystal-violet enrichment broth.CHROMagar vibrio chromogenic medium had obvious effect in identifying different kinds of vibrio.Conclusion]The new National Standard has modified the choices of enrichment broths and increases the types of alternative culture medium,which greatly improves the efficiency in testing the parahaemolyticus vibrio and other types of pathogenic vibrio quickly and accurately,and can improve the detection rate of vibrio.
