正常人尿中单羟酚类物质含量的测定研究

摘    要:目的:确定正常人尿中单羟酚衍生物(MHP)含量范围。方法:采用可见分光光度法,定量测定18~60岁各类正常人及HBsAg阳性携带尿液中单羟酚类物质。结果:MHP含量与年龄、性别有一定的,1994例健康人尿中MHP含量为正态分布,第95百分位数的OD值上限为0.3,对应酷氨酸含量是2.46mmol/L,而HBsAg阳性携带者尿液MHP与正常人无显著性差异。结论:此实验结果在运用MHP进行肿瘤筛查时,

Abstract:Objective:To determine the normal range of Monohydroxyphenyl substances (MHP) level in human urine Method:Monohydroxyphenyl substances level in human urine which collected from normal persons and HBsAg carrying persons were detected quanititatively by visable spectophotometer method Results:The results indicated that there was a little different between the differential sex group and the age group The urine samples from194 healthy subjects (the age from 18~60 years) were determined to establish a reference range of urinary MHP (confidence interval 95%),and its upper limit was 2 46mmol/L,when Tyr was selected as the standard There was not remarkable different between the normal persons and the HBsAg carrying persons Conclusion:The assay results can be considered as a normal range of urinary MHP when this method is used a cancer screening system
