小青龙汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘20例临床研究

目的 :观察小青龙汤在治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘中的作用。方法 :选择咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿5 0例 ,随机分成 2组。治疗组应用小青龙汤治疗 ,对照组予常规西药治疗 ,观察症状消失情况 ,并用痰液诱导的方法对治疗前后的痰液的嗜酸细胞进行计数 ,记录呼气峰流速。结果 :治疗组 2 0例患儿治疗2周后 19例咳嗽消失 ,同时治疗组嗜酸细胞数量减低 ,呼气峰流速增加。结论 :小青龙汤对治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘有很好的疗效 ,不但可以缓解支气管痉挛 ,改善症状 ,还具有抗过敏作用。

Clinical research of Xiaoqinglong decoction on twenty patients with cough variant asthma

Objective: It is to research the function of Xiaoqinglong decoction on treatment of patients with cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods: Fifty patients with cough variant asthma were randomly dinided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction and the control group were treated with western medicine. Before and after treatment the sputum acidophil of two groups were counted, the peak expiratory folw rates(PEFR) were recorded, the symptoms were observed ,and all these data were analyzed. Results: In treatment group the symptoms of 19 patients disappeared after two weeks'treatment. The sputum acidophil counts were obviously reduced and the PEFR was increased. Conclusion: Xiaoqinglong decoction has significant effect on CVA patients, which can dilate bronchus, control symptoms, and resist irritability.
