| 摘 要： | 用薄层色谱法对芩银注射液中黄芩和金银花进行定性鉴别，用分光光度法对其中的指标成分总黄酮进行了定量测定，鉴别和含量测定方法中各阴性对照品均无干扰，含量测定方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | The ingredients of Radix Scutellariae and Flos Lonicerae in Qinyin Injection were identified by TLC. A spectrophotometric method for determining flavonoids, the mark ingredients in the preparation was established. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and highly reproducible, and may be used for quantitative determination of the injection. |
