角膜曲率与年龄及性别的相关性分析

目的:研究角膜曲率与年龄及性别的关系。方法:从443例患者中选择符合条件的629眼,其中男369眼,女260眼,年龄4～89岁,用同一曲率仪测量每例患者的角膜曲率,测3次取平均值,得出角膜曲率、角膜散光及轴向,对角膜散光轴与年龄的关系、男女间平均角膜曲率及男女间平均角膜散光值的差异进行统计学分析。结果:随年龄增长角膜散光轴向有从顺规性向逆规性转变的趋势(P<0.01)。男女大小两条径线的平均角膜曲率,女性均大于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。将男女患者平均角膜散光值进行比较,女性也大于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:角膜曲率与年龄及性别有相关性。

AIM:To study the correlation between corneal curvature and age, sexual.METHODS: Six hundred and twenty-nine eyes of 443 patients were accorded the condition. The age is from 4 to 89.369 eyes of male patients and 260 eyes of female patients were measured repeat 3 times with the same autorefractometer, detected to the corneal curvature, corneal astigmatism and axis. Then statistical analyed the correlation among corneal astigmatism axis and age,the average corneal curvature and corneal astigmatism of male and female.RESULTS: In the patients’ corneal astigmatism axis, with the age increase the with rule was trend to the against rule(P<0.01). The female patients had statistically significant in the average corneal curvature compared with the male(P<0.01).There were statistically significant between male and female in the average corneal astigmatism(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The corneal curvature have the relation between age and sexual.
