调经种子汤辅助治疗无排卵性不孕症30例的临床研究

目的:观察调经种子汤辅助治疗无排卵性不孕症(肾阳虚型)的临床疗效。方法:将60例不孕症患者随机分两组,每组各30例。观察组以调经种子汤联合氯米芬治疗,对照组单用氯米芬治疗。观察治疗前后的妊娠率、排卵情况、中医证候疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为66.67％,对照组总有效率为43.33％,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);1年妊娠率分别为56.67％、26.67％,二者差异有显著性(P<0.01);在中医证候的改善上观察组明显优于对照组。结论:无排卵性不孕症(肾阳虚型)存在着下丘脑-垂体-卵巢性腺轴功能的低下,调经种子汤辅助氯米酚可以通过调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢性腺轴的功能,改善卵巢功能而增加妊娠率。

Tiaojing Zhongzi Tang Treating Anovulatory Infertility:30 Cases

Objective:To investigate the effects of Tiaojing Zhongzi Tang on treating anovulatory infertility caused by deficiency of kidney-Yang. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly for 30 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated by combination of Tiaojing Zhongzi Tang and clomifene, while the control group were treaded only by clomifene. The rate of pregnancy, situation of ovulation, clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment. Results: Total effective rate got to 66. 67% in the observation group, 43. 33% in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups (P <0. 05). The annual incidence of pregnancy got to 56. 67% in the observation group and 26. 67% in the control group, respectively, and there was significant difference between them ( P < 0. 01). There were lighter clinical symptoms in the observation group. Conclusion; The functions of Tiaojing Zhongzi Tang are to adjust the dysfunction of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis ( HPOA) and improve the function of ovary. Tiaojing Zhongzi Tang is effective for boosting the incidence of pregnancy accordingly.
