人发角蛋白人工神经的免疫学研究

目的探讨人发角蛋白（HHK）人工神经组织相容性，为周围神经（PN）缺损寻求理想的移植修复材料。方法54只健康成年SPF级雄性Wistar大白鼠随机分为A、B、C三组。A组为实验组，B、C组为对照组。将各组大白鼠右侧胫神经切除10mm，A组用人发角蛋白人工神经桥接；B组将切除神经倒转180°原位缝合；C组用A组大白鼠所切除的胫神经桥接。术后2、8、16周各组随机取6只大白鼠，采血检测免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG，补体C3、C4，T淋巴细胞亚群及T淋巴细胞转化率。结果术后2、8、16周各组血液免疫学指标比较，A、B两组之间均无显著性差别（F=17．56～571．34，q=0．00～2．09，P〉0．05），C组与A、B两组比较均有显著性差别（q=7．04～41．47，P〈0．01）。结论人发角蛋白人工神经具有良好的组织相容性，是修复PN缺损较为理想的移植材料。

IMMUNOLOGICAL STUDY OF HUMAN HAIR KERATIN ARTIFICIAL NERVE

Objective To investigate the histocompatibility of human-hair keratin(HHK) artificial nerve and offer an ideally transplanted material for repairing the defect of peripheral nerve(PN). Methods Fifty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: group A,experiment group;group B and group C,control groups.The right tibial nerves of the rats were removed to create a 10 mm gap.The gaps in group A were bridged with the HHK artificial nerve,and other two groups with the nerve of its own or the homologous nerve(group C).The blood samples were taken on 2,8 and 16 weeks after operation to detect IgA,IgM,IgG,C3,C4,and T lymphocyte subgroup and T lymphocyte transformation. Results The immunological parameters between rats of groups A and B showed no statistical difference(F=17.56-571.34,q=0.00-2.09,P>0.05).The difference between groups C and A or B was statistically significant(q=7.04-41.47,P<0.01). Conclusion Human-hair keratin artificial nerve,with its favourable histocompatibility,is an ideal graft material for peripheral nerve repair.
