| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非离子型造影剂的安全性.方法:通过对868例使用非离子造影剂患者的观察,分析其出现不良反应的概率和程度.结果:868例中无不良反应者838例(96.5%),出现变态反应者30例(3.5%),其中轻度反应13例(1.5%),中度反应17例(2%),无重度反应.结论:非离子型造影剂是较为安全可靠的血管造影剂,但仍可发生不良反应,应予以重视,谨慎使用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse and discuss the security of nonionic contrast agent.Methods: To observe CT study of 868 patients who had been given nonionic contrast agent.To find out the occurrence ratio of side effects and how harmful it was.Results: The degree of side effects was divided into mild,moderate,and severe.838 cases without side effects(96.5%);30 cases with adverse reaction,(3.5%),in which 13 cases showed mild reaction,17 cases were moderate(1.5% and 2%).There was no severe record.Conclusions: Although nonionic contrast agent is more safe than ionic contrast agent,adverse reaction still happens occasionally,we should attach importance to it and be careful. |
