摘    要:目的建立测定复方五味子胶囊中五味子甲素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kro-masilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)的色谱柱;以甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(82∶18)为流动相;流速:1ml/min;检测波长:254nm;柱温为30℃。结果五味子甲素在0.1137~0.4547mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.01%(RSD=1.1%,n=6)。结论HPLC法测定复方五味子胶囊中五味子甲素含量方法简便、准确、可靠。

Abstract:Objective To set up a determination of deoxyschizandrin in compound wuweizi capsules by RP-HPLC. Methods Deoxyschizandrin could be separated through KromasilC is ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) col- umn with methanol-0. 1% acetic acid solution (82-18)by volume as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the temperature of column was 30℃. Results The linear range of deoxyschizandrin was 0. 1137 mg/ml - 0. 4547 mg/ml( r = 0. 999 2, n = 6 ) and the average recovery was 99.01% with RSD 1.1% ( n = 6) for deoxyschizandrin. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid with good reproducibility, it can be used for the quality control of compound wuweizi capsules.
