Rho激酶抑制剂对膀胱癌细胞侵袭能力的影响

目的：探讨Rho激酶抑制剂对体外培养的膀胱癌细胞侵袭能力的影响。方法：培养膀胱癌细胞株T24,采用CCK-8实验、体外细胞侵袭实验、细胞运动实验测Rho激酶抑制剂对细胞生长和侵袭运动能力的影响。结果：经Rho激酶抑制剂处理后的膀胱癌细胞株T24的侵袭和运动能力明显下降,呈浓度依赖性,且当药物浓度〉75μmol/L后,细胞的生长受到明显的抑制。结论：Rho激酶信号转导系统对膀胱癌细胞的侵袭和生长有重要的影响。

Effect of Rho kinase inhibitor on the invasive ability of bladder cancer
