| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与脑梗死之间的关系。方法：选择脑梗死患者156例,另选121例健康体检者作为对照组,测定其空腹血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）的浓度。结果：脑梗死组Hcy含量为（18.48±9.49）μmol/l,较对照组（13.92±4.13）μmol/l高,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：高同型半胱氨酸血症（Hhcy）是脑梗死的独立危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the relationship between plasma homocysteine （Hcy） level and cerebral infarction.Methods： The samples in this study were 156 cases with cerebral infarction and 121 cases with normal control, the fast plasma Hcy of all cases was taken to determine the level of Hcy.Results：The mean plasma homocysteine（Hcy） level in the groups with cerebral infarction （18.48±9.49） μmol/l] was significantly higher than that with normal controls （13.92±4.13） μmol/l] （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion：There is a obvious relationship between the level of Hcy and cerebral infarction, hyperhomocysteinema is an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction. |
