| 摘 要： | 别样茶作为中国茶文化的重要组成部分，对预防慢性代谢性疾病具有重要意义。然而，在肖培根院士没有提出相关理论之前是没有其系统研究的。因此，本文对别样茶的定义、分类、传统功效、化学成分、药理作用等方面进行了系统的综述。

| Abstract: | Non-Camellia Tea, as an integral part of Chinese tea culture for several centuries, is important to prevent chronic metabolic diseases. However, it was not systematically studied until academician Pei-gen Xiao defined it. Hereby, Non-Camellia Tea was reviewed systematically in definition, classification, traditional functions, chemical compositions, and pharmacology. |
