| 摘 要： | 脊柱感染的发病率和诊断率逐年增高,但由于起病隐匿、表现无特异性,临床确诊前常常存在很长的延迟期,导致该病致残致死率较高。磁共振成像在脊柱感染的诊断中起重要作用,该文的目的是通过介绍脊柱感染的临床病理生理过程,提高对其MRI表现的理解并进行鉴别诊断,以期实现早期诊断、改善长期预后及预防永久性神经功能障碍。
