| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨消化道恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD4^＋ CD25^＋调节性T细胞（Regulatory T cell,Treg）水平的特点及其临床意义。方法：采用流式细胞术对60例消化道恶性肿瘤患者与30名健康体检者的外周血CD4^＋ CD25^＋Treg水平进行检测。结果：消化道恶性肿瘤外周血CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg占总T细胞7.16%±3.37%,与对照组CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg4.52%±1.76%比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD4^＋ CD25^＋Treg水平的升高,与恶性肿瘤免疫功能低下及肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the proportion of peripheral blood CD4^＋ CD25^＋ regulatory T cells in patients with gastrointestinal and hepatic cancer.Methods CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg cells in peripheral blood were determined with flow cytometry in 60 patients with various kinds of carcinoma （esophageal,n =18 gastric n =17 colonic n =15 hepatic n =10） and 30 controls.Results The proportion of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ in the peripheral blood of cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the controls.Conclusion The relative increase in CD4^＋ CD25^＋ regulatory T cells may give rise to immunosupression and tumor progression in patients with malignancies. |
