子宫肌瘤组织ER和IGF-I、IGF-IR的表达及相关性

摘    要:目的 探讨雌激素受体、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ受体与子宫肌瘤生长的关系.方法 选取40例因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术的标本,取肌瘤组织和正常肌层组织制成石蜡切片采用免疫组化SABC法显示雌激素受体、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ受体的蛋白表达.结果 子宫肌瘤组织中雌激素受体70%(28/40)、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ受体67.5%(27/40)表达阳性率高于宫壁组织(P<0.05),同一子宫肌瘤组织中雌激素受体、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ受体表达非常一致,统计学检验,具有相关性.结论 子宫肌瘤的生长可能存在以下途径,即雌激素与子宫平滑肌瘤组织细胞的雌激素受体的结合,促进肽类生长因子胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ及其受体IGF-IR mRNA核蛋白的表达,形成胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ与胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ受体的结合促使子宫肌瘤的生长.

Abstract:Objective To study relationship of estrogen receptor,insulin-like growth factor type I and insulin-like growth factor type I receptor with uterine leiomyoma.Methods Expressions of estrogen receptor and insulin-like growth factor type I and insulin-like growth factor type I receptor were detected using immunohistochemistry method(SABC method).Results Expressions of ER 70%(28/40)and IGF-IR 67.5%(27/40) in uterine leiomyoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal myomertrial tissues(P<0.05).Expressions of ER and IGF-IR are very consistent in the same uterine leiomyoma tissues and the statistical analysis showed a correlation between expressions of estrogen receptor and insulin-like growth factor type I receptor.Conclusion The pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma may be that estrogen receptor in uterine leiomyoma binds to estrogen and promotes expressions of peptide growth factors such as IGF-I and IGF-IR mRNA in uterine leiomyoma.Binding of IGF-I to IGFIR is contributive to development of uterine leiomyoma.
