| 摘 要： | 目的：由多种原因引起的老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡，病程长，全身情况差，临床治疗颇为棘手。为了探索新的治疗方法，使创面尽快愈合。方法：局部采用ＭＥＢＯ暴露疗法或包扎疗法，其治疗２１例。结果：１５例痊愈，４例创面肉芽生长良好后植皮愈合，２例好转后出院。有效率１００％。结论：ＭＥＢＯ治疗老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡，安全易行，疗铲满意，是一种较的治疗方法，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Toexplore new method for treating chronic and refractory skin ulcer of the elders. MethodLocal application of MEBO using exposed or bandaging method. Results 15 cases healed, 4cases subject to skin grafting after granulation, 2 cases left the hospital after thecases were improved. Total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion MEBO is very effective fortreating chronic and refractory skin ulcer of the elders. It is easy and safe and isworthy to be popularized. |
