| 摘 要： | 本文报道应用多普勒血流探测器(简称超声听诊器)对正常志愿者25人(100条肢体)和下肢动脉慢性闭塞症104例(124条患肢;190条上肢)进行四肢节段性动脉压测量的结果,并结合缺血症状严重程度(间歇性跛行——简称间跛、静息痛、坏疽)和动脉造影进行分析。结果正常组血压指数大于1.0;下肢动脉慢性闭塞症患者的血压指数和节段血压递减值与缺血症状严重程度及动脉造影显示的病变相符。本法是检测患肢缺血程度和动脉闭塞部位,以及随访血管重建手术疗效的一种无损伤、简便和可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Using the Doppler ultrasound stethoscope, we tested the segmental blood pressure (SBP) in 100 limbs of 25 normal volunteers,and 190 upper extremities and 124 affected limbs of 104 cases with chronic arterial occlusive disease (OAOD). The values of the SBP were analyzed in relation to the symptoms of ischemia (intermittent cla-udication, rest pain and gangrene) and arteriograms.The pressure index was shown to be >1 in the normal group. The pressure jndox and segmental pressure gradient in CAOD showed positive correlations to the severity of ischemia and to the lesions shown in the arteriograms. SBP is a noninvasive, simple and reliable method for evaluating the severity of ischemia in the limbs, and detecting the locus of arterial occlusion. It can also be used to follow up patients after reconstructive arterial surgery. |
