椎管侧前方减压脊柱融合治疗胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤

目的：探讨胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤的治疗方法。方法：采用后入路半棍板切除棍管侧前方减压，Dick经棍弓根内固定，同时行后外侧值骨。结果：28例随访X线复查示骨折椎体复位率达90％，椎体前缘压缩平均恢复高度0．8cm。1例1钉折断，余固定牢固。神经恢复好转率89％(25／28)。结论：认为该手术治疗胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤创伤小，手术操作简便，术后恢复好。

Posterolateral decompression and posterior fusion for thoracolumbar fracture

Objective:To evaluate a method of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures associated with injuies of spinal cord.Methods:In the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures,posterolateral decompression pedicle screw fixation and bone allograft fusion were carried out.Results:Twentw eight cases were followed up.The reduction rate of the fractured vertebra after operation X ray were up to 90%.The average height of the anterior part restored 0.8 cm.Screw broken in 1 case,neural recovery rate was 89%.Conclusion:The operation was characteristic of minimal trauma,relativrly simple and good recovery.
