| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对当归益血膏中有效成分的鉴别，为其质量控制提供依据。方法：采用薄层色谱法，对当归、川芎进行鉴别。结果：供试品色谱中，在与当归、川芎对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论：该法操作简便，重现性好，可用于当归益血膏质量控制。

| Abstract: | objective: Through the identify of Angelica beneficial blood cream, provide the basis for the quality control of it. Methods: Using TLC to identify Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong. Results: The spots of the sample presented the same color as its counterparts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis standardan,Rhizoma Chuanxiong standardand. Conclusion: The method was specific and reproducible,and it is suitable for the quality control of Angelica beneficial blood cream. |
