佛山市高明区新婚夫妇不孕不育现况调查

目的了解广东省佛山市高明区新婚育龄夫妇不孕不育的发病现况及其影响因素。方法利用广东省佛山市高明计划生育服务网络系统,采用问卷方式对高明区2007年登记结婚的2816对育龄夫妇进行生育情况调查,以了解该人群不孕不育的发生状况,并对其相关影响因素进行分析。结果不孕不育发病率为18.7%;不孕不育的发生与男女双方的年龄、女方的文化程度、男方的职业、男方的性功能等因素相关（P〈0.05）。结论广东省佛山市高明区育龄夫妇的不孕不育发病率较高,有必要对其相关影响因素作进一步研究,以便找到降低和防止不孕不育发生的方法和途径。

A Cross-sectional Study on the Incidence of Infertility in Guaoming District of Foshan City

Objective To summarize and analyze the incidence of infertility of married couples of reproductive age in Gaoming district.Methods Samples were selected from the couples at the age of fecundity married in 2007 in Gaoming district.A face to face interview was conducted to fill the unified questionnaires by trained interviewers.Altogether 2 662 qualified questionnaires were used to calculate the incidence of infertility and analyze the factors related to the infertility.Results The incidence of infertility in Gaoming district was 18.7%.The occurrence of infertility was related to the age of both women and men,the civilization degree in women,the occupations and sexuality function in men（P〈0.05） .Conclusion The prevalence of infertility in Gaoming district was high,further study should be conducted to find its related factors so that some ways and means could be found to reduce and prevent the occurrence of infertility and the ways.
