芬迪消毒液性能的试验观察

摘    要:芬迪消毒液是由碘伏、有机酸及非离子型表面活性剂等组成的复方消毒剂。采取定量杀菌试验、浸泡金属、含量检测,以了解其杀灭微生物效果、腐蚀性、稳定性。结果,以含有效碘3mg/L 该液对大肠杆菌作用10min,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,以含有效碘15mg/L 该液对白色念珠菌作用5min,杀灭率均为100%。当金黄色葡萄球菌悬液含体积分数10%小牛血清时,其杀灭效果明显下降。含340mg/L有效碘该液作用10h,不能将HBsAg抗原性破坏。该剂二元型包装存放于54℃14d,室温下2年,有效碘下降率分别为 6.76%与 4.71%。含340mg/L有效碘该液对不锈钢无腐蚀,对碳钢、铜、铝有轻度腐蚀。

Abstract:Fen-Di Disinfectant is a compound disinfectant composed of iodophor, organic acid and non-ionic surfactant. Quantitative germicidal test, immersion of metals and content measurement were used to know its germicidal efficacy, corrosiveness and stability. The re- sults showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to its solution containing available iodine 3 mg / L for 10 min and 5 min respectively and Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing available iodine 15 mg / L for 5 min were 100%. When the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus contained 10%(v/v) calf se- rum, its germicidal efficacy decreased significantly. Its solution containing available iodine 340 mg / L with a 10 hour contact time could not destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg. After it was stored in binary packing at 54℃ for 14 days or at room temperature for 2 years, its avail- able iodine content decreased by 6.76% and 4.71% respectively. The solution containing available iodine 340 mg / L was not corrosive to the stainless steel and slightly corrosive to carbon steel, copper and aluminum.
