高频超声对桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗乳腺增生病的监测作用

目的:利用高频超声监测桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗乳腺增生病的疗效,提高高频超声在乳腺增生病诊治中的作用。方法:选取经手术、穿刺或多次彩超证实为乳腺增生病的患者83例,给予患者3个疗程桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,所有病例治疗前及治疗后1、3个月均行超声检查,记录其二维声像图特点,对病变进行分型,并观察病灶区域的血流情况。结果:本研究中乳腺增生病的二维声像图表现主要有以下几种类型:小叶增生型44例,占53.0%;囊性增生型18例,占21.7%;腺瘤样增生型9例,占10.8%;混合型12例,占14.5%。治疗后观察,小叶增生型治疗效果最好、显效最快,有效率为97.8%,其次为混合型、囊性增生型及腺瘤样增生型显效最慢。治疗前后总血流检出率及血流参数未见有显著性差异。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗乳腺增生病,对小叶增生型效果最好、显效最快,对囊性增生型及腺瘤样增生型显效较慢。高频超声具有简便、灵敏、无创伤、无痛苦、无副作用等优点,有较大的临床应用价值。

The value of high-frequency ultrasonograghic monitoring on breast hyperplasia treated by Guizhi Fuling capsule

Objective:To evaluate high-frequency ultrasonograghic monitoring on breast hyperplasia treated by Guizhi Fuling capsule,for raising its role in diagnosis and therapy of breast hyperplasia.Methods:83 cases with breast hyperplasia who was validated by operation,puncture and ultrasonograghy was enrolled in the study.All cases was treated by Guizhi Fuling capsule for three months.The imaging of high-frequency ultrasonography and CDFI feature were observed and typed before therapy,one and three months after therapy.Results:In all case,44 cases(53.0%) were lobular hyperplasia,18 cases(21.7%) were cystic hyperplasia,9 cases(10.8%) were adenoidal hyperplasia,12 cases(14.5%) were mixed hyperplasia.The lobular hyperplasia had the best and fastest effect after therapy,the next was mixed hyperplasia.Cystic hyperplasia and adenoidal hyperplasia had the lowest effect.The blood detectable rate and parameters had no differences before and after therapy.Conclusion:The lobular hyperplasia has the best and fastest effect after therapy by Guizhi Fuling capsule.Cystic hyperplasia and adenoidal hyperplasia have the lowest effect.The high-frequency ultrasonography is a simple,sensitive,no trauma,no suffering and no side effect method,has high value in clinic.
