| 摘 要： | 目的 报告单边式骨外固定架联合植骨治疗胫骨骨折骨不连的疗效。方法 自1999年2月至2002年2月直用单边式骨外固定器并植骨治疗胫骨骨折骨不连11例。结果 患平均住院时间16天，术后2～5个月骨折愈合，平均3．2个月。结论 外固定支架加植骨治疗胫骨骨折骨不连是一种即简便又切实可行的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To report effect on treatment tibial fracture asynthesis by external fixator combined with spongy bone implant.Methods From Februryl 999 to February 2002,11 cases of the tibial fractures asynthesis were treated with the external fixator combined with spongy bone implant.Results Follow-up was both clinically and ra-diologically performed in 1 leases.The healing rate of the fracture was 100% in this group.The average healing time was 3.2 months.Conclusion The external fixation combined with spongy bone implant is simple and effective in treatment of the tibial fracture asynthesis. |
