糖尿病并勃起功能障碍的中西医结合治疗

目的：观察糖尿病并勃起功能障碍的中西医结合治疗临床疗效。方法：将120名患者随机分为两组，观察组使用万艾可加中药治疗，对照组使用万艾可治疗。分别记录治疗前及治疗后3个月时的国际勃起功能指数评分（IIEF）及睾酮（T）的变化。结果：观察组IIEF评分及T的变化显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：通过辨证论治，利用中药偏性，施以六味地黄汤加减进行中西医结合治疗，可较好地改善患者睾酮水平及IIEF指数。

Clinical Study of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Erectile Dysfunction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Viagra combined with Liu Wei Di Huang Tang（六味地黄汤） to diabetes mellitus complicated with erectile dysfunction（ED）. Methods One hundred and 20 patients with diabetes combined with ED were treated by conventional therapy for diabetes and were divided into 2 groups randomly, 64 patients of the study group were given Viasgra plus modified Liu Wei Di Huang Tang herbs; the other 56 patients in the control group were given Viagra only. The changes of IIEF scores and blood testosterone（T） before and after 3 months of the treatment were determined and recorded. Results The IIEF scores of the 2 groups after the treatment were improved significantly as compared with those before treatment（ P 〈 0.05）. To compare with the control, the IIEF score of the study group had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, T levels of the 2 groups were higher than those before with significant difference（ P 〈 0.05） ; and the T value of the study group had significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05） as compared with that of the control. Conclusion Viagra plus modified Liu Wei Di Huang Tang herbs can raise blood testosterone level in patients suffered from diabetes mellitus and with ED, and thus improving the patient＇s erectile function and the quality of life.
