顶空固相微萃取技术及其在中药分析领域的应用

摘    要:顶空固相微萃取(Head-space Solid-Phase Microextraction,SPME)技术是一种新的样品预处理手段,特别适合于微量挥发性成分的富集。与传统样品预处理方法相比,具有高效(快速、简便)、无需溶剂等优点,越来越多地应用于环境、食品和药品检测等多个领域。该文介绍了顶空固相微萃取的概况、原理、操作方法、影响因素及其在中药分析领域的应用情况,并探讨了其应用前景与发展方向。

Abstract:Objective:As a new technique for sample pretreatment,head-space solid-phase microextraction especially suit for extraction and concentration of low quantity volatile components.Compared with traditional sample pretreatment methods,it has many advantages such as high efficiency(rapid extraction,convenient),and solvent free.This method has been extensively applied to many fields such as environment,food and medicine.The paper reviews HS-SPME technique of its overview,principle,operating method,influencing factors and application in analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.The development and perspective of the technique are also discussed.
