军队血站无偿献血招募策略

目的探索适合于军队血站特点的无偿献血招募策略,满足临床安全用血需求,保证突发事件中的血液应急储备。方法按照国家对无偿献血工作提出的＂两化三转变＂新要求,从组织领导、宣传教育、机构管理、服务理念等方面入手,规划建立标准化、规范化、专业化和人性化的献血服务模式。结果拓宽无偿献血渠道,固定自愿无偿献血队伍不断壮大,无偿献血工作成效显著。结论为推动军队无偿献血工作的健康、可持续发展打下基础。

Recruitment Strategy in Military Free Blood-donation Station

Objective To explore the characteristics strategy of the military blood station without repayment for the military blood,in order to meet safety blood for the clinical demand and ensure emergency contingency reserve of blood.Methods According to the new national demands what has been required ＂two of the three changes＂ to the blood donation without repayment,plan and build up the new model of service of blood donation that standardization,specialization and human from the followings： leadership of the organization;publicity and education,management;services,and other aspects of the concept.Results The channels of blood donation without repayment has been Broadened;a fixed voluntary of blood donation without repayment has expanded steadily;the work of blood donation without repayment is effective.Conclusions The new mode lays a better foundation for the sustainable development and the health of army that blood donation without repayment.
