原癌基因c-erbB-2在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的意义

 本文应用免疫组织化学S-P法对40例膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡组织C-erbB-2基因表达与病理分级、临床分期和复发之间的关系进行研究,结果膀胱移行细胞癌C-erbB-2基因表达阳性率为40%.Ⅲ级与Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级肿瘤间存在显著性差异(PPP<0.05).提示C-erbB-2基因表达对判断膀胱癌预后有-定临床价值.

Proto-oncogene c-erbB-2 expression in transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder

Using immunohistochemistry S-P method, we detected the expression of c-erbB-2 gene in transitional cell bladder carcinoma specimens from 40 patients and studied the positive P~(185) expression at associated with the advancement of the tumor grade, the tumor stage and the recurrence rate of bladder cancer. The positive P185 expression rate in bladder carcinoma specimens was 40%. The positive P~(185) expression rate of G3 tumors was higher than that of G1 and /or G2 (P < 0. 05) and was corresponded to the advancement of tumor stage (0. 05 < P < 0. 10) and the recurrence rate (P < 0.05 ). The results revealed that the c-erbB-2 gene product may be a prognostic marker of bladder carcinomas.
