| 摘 要： | 对45例恶性肿瘤患者,采用双盲随机对照分组(治疗组30例,对照组15例),观察中药新药牛膝精胶囊预防化疗所致白细胞减少的作用.结果:治疗组有效率(60.0%)与对照组(26.7%)比较在统计学上有显著差异(P<0.05),表明牛膝精胶囊确能预防化疗所致白细胞减少.

| Abstract: | In order to observe the effect of achyrathes bidetata blume capsule to prevent the leucopenia caused by cancer chemotherapy,the 45 patients were randomized in double blind test into three groups A.B.and C,in Which Group A and Group B were test groups and Group C was control group. The results showed that the total effective rate of Group A and Group B was 60.0%,while that of Group C was only26.7%(P<0.05).It is suggested that archyrathes bidetata blume capsule can prevent the leucopenia caused by cancer chemotherapy. |
