| 摘 要： | 目的:建立自动电位滴定法测定水中总硬度。方法:50 ml水样经处理后进行在线动态滴定。结果:不同水样中10 mg/L和25 mg/L的加标回收率为99.02%~100.68%;相对标准偏差为0.13%~2.93%(n=6);对24份水样品进行测定,自动电位滴定法与人工滴定法的结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:自动电位滴定法操作简单、快速,自动化程度高,测定总硬度时准确度和重复性均好,适用于水中总硬度的常规分析。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of total hardness in drinking water by automatic potentiometric titration.Methods:The 50 ml sample was titrated on line through automatic potentiometric titration after treatment.Results:The recovery rate of total hardness(10 mg/L and 25 mg/L) in different kinds of water was 99.02%~100.68%.The RSD was 0.13%~2.93%(n=6).It was shown that there was no significant difference between automatic potentiometric titration and national method by applying 24 water-samples(P>0.05).Conclusion:Automatic potentiometric titration is simple,rapid and automatic.It has good accuracy,reproducibility and is suitable for routine analysis of total hardness in drinking water. |
