温针灸配合耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型月经后期

目的 观察温针灸结合耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型月经后期的临床疗效，为临床治疗本病提供治疗方 案。方法 120例寒湿凝滞型月经后期患者按就诊日期单双号随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组采用 温针灸与耳穴贴压结合的方法，对照组只采取温针灸的方法。结果 治疗组总有效率98.3%，对照组总有效 率90.00%，两组治愈次数比较，治疗组平均治愈次数18.53次，对照组平均治愈次数28.33次。结论 两组 均能有效治疗寒湿凝滞型月经后期，但是温针灸配合耳穴贴压能缩短平均治愈时间，效果更好。

Warm Needling Combined with Auricular Paste Therapy for Delayed Menstruation of Cold-damp Stagnation Type

Objective To observe different therapeutic effects of warm needling combined with auricular paste on delayed menstruation of cold-damp stagnation type to explore a more effective means. Methods We divided 120 cases of delayed menstruation of cold-damp stagnation type randomly into treatment group（60 cases）and control group（60 cases）. The treatment group was treated by using warm needling combined with auricular paste and the control group only by using warm needling. Results The total effective rate was 98.33% in the treatment group and 90.00% in the control group. The Comparison of the Cure times showed the average Cure number was 18.53 times in the control group and 28.33 times in the treatment group. Conclusion Both groups show good curative effect in the treatment of cold-damp stagnation type delayed menstruation,and however,warm needling combined with auricular paste for the disease shows shorter cure time and better curative effect.
