次声对大鼠视觉诱发电位损伤的实验观察

摘    要:目的 观察大鼠次声暴露后闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)的波形变化特征,探讨次声对视觉传导通路的影响。方法 48只大鼠按暴露时间随机分为8组,每组6只,暴露于8Hz,130 dB的次声压力舱中,每天2 h,分别暴露1、4、7、11、14、18、21 d及正常对照组,暴露前后分别行FVEP的检测。结果 次声暴露1d后,FVEP P100波振幅出现明显降低,但随暴露时间的延长,振幅降低逐渐恢复。而潜伏期的改变,贯穿21 d的次声暴露均无统计学意义。结论 结果提示次声对视通路的影响,以视网膜功能异常为主,但不排除对视神经直接的、可逆性的损害。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the influence of infrasound on neurovisual transmission by detecting (lash visual evoked potentials (FVEP) . Methods Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into 8 groups. FVEP was tested after infrasound exposure 2 hours per day for 1 ,4 ,7 ,11 ,14 ,18 and 21 days ,respectively. Results P100 amplitude of VEP declined to 47% at day 1 after inirasound exposure and gradually went up as the increase of infrasound exposure time with a insignificant difference in comparison with pre-exposure. No markedly change was seen in P100 latency , and wave-form of FVEP was similar to that of normal control group after infrasound exposure. Conclusion Infrasound may influent neurovisual transmission through the severe damage to retinal function or direct and reversible injure to visual nerves.
