| 摘 要： | 对在腾格里沙漠负荷行军的35名人员检测了20项内分泌指标。检测结果发现在戈壁沙漠夏季负荷行军时人体内分泌系统的主要变化是下丘脑-垂体应激反应增强,肾上腺皮质和髓质功能增强,肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的活性增强;并以高代谢和高消耗为特征。性腺功能无明显变化。

| Abstract: | Twenty endocrine indices were assayed in thirty five subjects bearingload marching in Gobi Desert in summer. The main changes of endocrinefunctions were found as follows: Stress reaction of hypothalamus-pituitarywas increased. The functions of thyroid as well as adrenal cortex andmedulla were all enhanced. The activities of renin-angiotonin-aldosteronesystem were also increased. And, the characteristic accelerated metabo-lism and greater consumption were present. No remarkable changes wererevealed in gonadal functions. |
