综合性医院医务人员心理干预的随机调查研究

目的探讨综合性医院医务人员心理干预的随机调查研究。方法随机抽取某综合性医院2016年4月~2017年5月共参与的597位医务人员,采用横断面问卷调查的方法 ,收集研究调查对象的基本信息包括年龄、性别、学历、婚姻状况以及职称等基本信息。采用一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)、症状自评量表进行筛查。结果参与调查问卷为597份,有效问卷回收553份,有效问卷回收率为92.63%。医务人员的心理健康状况不良检出率较高(25.50%),年龄30岁以下、女性、临床科室、专业技术初级职称、大专和未婚的医务人员的心理健康状况不良状况较严重。医务人员的心理健康不良高于社区人群与其他职业人群。结论对于医务人员我们应积极响应,关注医务人员的心理健康状态,让社会加大对医务人员的关爱及关心,从而促进义务工作者的身心健康,缓解工作压力、改善工作情绪、提高工作积极性。

A study on the random investigation of psychological intervention of medical staff in general hospitals

Objective To discuss the random investigation of psychological intervention of medical staff in general hospitals.Methods A total of 597 medical staff from April 2016 to May 2017 in a general hospital were randomly selected.Using the cross-sectional questionnaire survey method,the basic information of the respondents,including basic information such as age,gender,education,marital status and professional title,was collected and studied.Screening was performed using the General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12)and the Symptom Checklist.Results 597 copies of questionnaire was included in the survey.553 copies of the valid questionnaire were collected,and the valid questionnaire recovery rate was 92.63%.The detection rate of poor mental health status of medical staff was higher(25.50%).The mental health status of medical staff who were under 30 years old,female,from clinical department,with professional technical junior title,with the educational background of junior college and unmarried was more serious.The rate of poor mental health of medical staff was higher than that of community population and other occupational groups.Conclusion For medical staff,we should respond positively,pay attention to the mental health status of medical staff,and let the society increase the care and concerns for medical staff,thereby promoting the physical and mental health of volunteer workers,alleviating work stress,improving work mood and improving work enthusiasm.
