整脊手法结合传统推拿治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床观察

目的探讨整脊手法结合传统推拿治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年12月于我院就诊符合标准的患者63例随机分为两组,治疗组(n=33)采用整脊手法结合传统推拿治疗,对照组(n=30)采用间歇牵引治疗,对患者治疗前后的症状、体征及影像检查进行积分评价,通过疗效评价指数确定疗效。结果治疗组中痊愈28例,好转5例,总有效率100.00%,对照组中痊愈10例,好转11例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%,整脊手法结合传统推拿疗效明显优于对照组。结论整脊手法结合传统推拿治疗寰枢关节半脱位疗效显著。

Clinical observation on chiropractic manipulation combined with traditional manipulation in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chiropractic manipulation combined with traditional manipulation in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation.Methods A total of 63 patients who met the criteria in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The 33 patients in the treatment group were treated with chiropractic manipulation combined with traditional massage,and the 30 patients in the control group were treated with intermittent traction.The patients were scored for the symptoms,signs and imaging examinations before and after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated by the efficacy evaluation index.Results In the treatment group,28 cases were cured,5 cases were improved,and the total effective rate was 100.00%.In the control group,10 cases were cured,11 cases were improved,9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70.00%.The effect of chiropractic manipulation combined with traditional massage was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Chiropractic manipulation combined with traditional massage for the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation is effective.
