人性化护理对慢性肾衰血液透析患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

目的分析人性化护理对慢性肾衰血液透析患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月收治的60例慢性肾衰血液透析患者,根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组(采取人性化护理,n=30)和对照组(常规护理,n=30),比较两组患者的自我管理各项评分、生活质量各项评分。结果干预后,干预组的自我管理各项评分包括伙伴关系、情绪处理、问题解决、自我护理方面分别显著高于对照组(P0.05)。干预后,干预组患者的躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能及情绪功能的各项评分分别明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论对慢性肾衰血液透析患者采取人性化护理有利于提高患者的自我管理水平、改善患者的生活质量。

Influence of humanistic nursing on self -management and life quality of chronic renal failure patients with hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the influence of humanistic nursing on self-management and life quality of chronic renal failure(CRF) patients with hemodialysis. Methods 60 CRF patients with hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomized into intervention group (treated with humanistic nursing care, n=30)and control group(treated with routine nursing care, n=30) according to different methods of nursing care. Scores of selfmanagement and quality of life in patients of two groups were compared. Results After intervention, scores of self-management including partnership, emotion process, problem solving and self-nursing in intervention group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). After intervention, scores of physical function, cognitive function, role function, social function and emotional function in intervention group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing in CRF patients with hemodialysis could improve patients'' self-management and life quality.
