参苓白术散联合脐贴治疗ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻患者的临床观察

目的观察参苓白术散联合脐贴治疗ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月~2017年12月入住我院ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻患者60例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。两组均给予枯草杆菌二联活菌、蒙脱石散应用,在此基础上治疗组给予参苓白术散联合脐贴应用。观察两组治疗前后腹泻积分变化,计算两组治疗有效率。结果两组均可改善腹泻症状、降低腹泻程度积分,但与对照组相比,治疗组改善腹泻情况更为明显。治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻患者采用参苓白术散联合脐贴治疗有助于减轻腹泻,临床疗效优于常规治疗方法。

Clinical observation on Shenqi Baizhu powder combined with umbilical patch in the treatment of ICU patients with enteral nutrition-related diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Baizhu Powder combined with umbilical patch in the treatment of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea in ICU.Methods 60 patients with enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea who were admitted to ICU in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from March 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium and montmorillonite powder.On this basis,the treatment group was further given Shenqi Baizhu Powder combined with umbilical paste.The changes of diarrhea scores before and after treatment were observed in both groups,and the effective rate of treatment was calculated.Results The symptoms of diarrhea could be improved and the scores of diarrhea degree could be reduced in both the treatment group and the control group.However,compared with the control group,the improvement of diarrhea in the treatment group was more significant.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Baizhu Powder combined with umbilical patch for ICU patients with enteral nutrition-related diarrhea can help reduce diarrhea,and the clinical efficacy is better than conventional treatment.
