碘甘油联合利多卡因治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎疗效观察

目的探讨应用碘甘油联合利多卡因涂抹口腔辅助治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的疱疹性口腔炎患儿160例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各80例。所有患儿根据病情给予抗病毒、补液退热等对症治疗,合并细菌感染的患儿给予抗感染治疗,观察组在此基础上使用碘甘油联合2%利多卡因涂抹口腔,比较两组患儿疗效。结果治疗后,两组患儿病情有所改善,观察组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为88.8%,观察组治疗率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患儿平均发热消退时间、疱疹消退时间、平均住院治疗时间均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论疱疹性口腔炎患儿使用碘甘油联合利多卡因涂抹口腔局部用药辅助治疗,达到减轻全身用药的副作用,局部用药药物浓度的升高可以明显控制患儿口腔炎症的进展,缓解患儿口腔疼痛,加快病情好转,改善预后,简单易行,价格低廉,效果显著,依从性高,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of iodine glycerin in combination with lidocaine on pediatric herpetic stomatitis

Objective To investigate the curative effect of oral administration of iodine glycerin combined with lidocaine in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric herpetic stomatitis. Methods 160 cases of herpetic stomatitis admitted in our hospital were selected as participants. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 80 cases. All children were given antiviral, fluid infusion, antifebrile and other symptomatic treatment according to their disease condition, and anti-infective treatment was conducted to children with bacterial infection. Iodine glycerol combined with 2% lidocaine was applied to the observation group in the mouth on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, children''s condition of the two groups improved. The total effective rate was 97.5% in the observation group and 88.8% in the control group, where the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average subsided time of fever and herpes and the average duration of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of pediatric herpetic stomatitis with iodine glycerol plus lidocaine through oral administration can reduce the side effects of systemic administration. The increase of local drug concentration can significantly control the progress of oral inflammation in children, relieve oral pain, accelerate the recovery and improve the prognosis of children, and it is simple and cheap with significant effect and high compliance, which is worth clinical application.
