甲状腺静态显像结合超声及甲功三项检查对甲状腺结节的鉴别及发展转归的临床意义

目的观察分析甲状腺静态显像结合超声及甲功三项检查对甲状腺结节的鉴别及发展转归的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2017年1～12月期间,于本院治疗的60例甲状腺结节患者作为本次研究对象。根据患者术前检查项目分为三组,A组为三项完整检查,B组患者为甲状腺静态显像结合超声,C组患者为超声检查患者。对比分析术后病理结果所获得的三项检查结果灵敏度、特异度及准确率。结果 A、B、C三组患者的灵敏度分别为83.5%、56.1%、28.1%,特异性分别为58.2%、46.3%、58.2%,准确率分别为65.8%、51.8%、51.7%。A组患者的鉴别灵敏度、特异性、准确度,相较B组患者明显较高,C组患者的检查灵敏度、特异度以及准确率相较其他组无明显优势。结论通过对甲状腺结节患者行甲状腺静态显像结合超声及甲功三项检查,能够获得较高的灵敏度、特异性及准确度,且甲状腺静态显像检查对甲状腺结节鉴别诊断尤为必要。

Clinical significance of thyroid static imaging combined with ultrasound and three indexes of thyroid function examination for the differentiation and development of thyroid nodules

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical significance of thyroid static imaging combined with ultrasound and three indexes of thyroid function in the identification and development of thyroid nodules.Methods 60 patients with thyroid nodules treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the preoperative examination items,the patients were divided into three groups,including group A with three complete examinations,group B with thyroid static imaging combined with ultrasound,and group C with ultrasound examination.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the three examination results obtained by postoperative pathological results were compared and analyzed.Results The sensitivity of patients in groups A,B and C was 83.5%,56.1%and 28.1%,respectively,and the specificity was 58.2%,46.3%and 58.2%,respectively.The accuracy rate was 65.8%,51.8%and 51.7%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of patients in group C was not significantly better than that in other groups.Conclusion By performing thyroid static imaging combined with ultrasound and three indexes of thyroid function in patients with thyroid nodules,high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy can be obtained,and thyroid static phenomenon examination is especially necessary for the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
