多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的观察多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果及生活质量改善情况。方法选择2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者60例,根据化疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组两组,每组30例,观察组采用多西他赛联合顺铂治疗,对照组采用丝裂霉素联合顺铂进行治疗,治疗2个疗程后,对两组的临床疗效及生活质量变化情况进行评价,并对比分析两组常见的毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组的有效率为50.0%(15/30),明显高于对照组的30.0%(9/30),两组临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。观察组的生活质量改善+稳定率为90.0%(27/30),明显高于对照组的50.0%(15/30),两组生活质量改善情况比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。两组患者化疗期间的毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制及消化道反应等,其他毒副反应如脱发、过敏反应等,但两组的毒副反应发生率组间比较,未见明显差异。结论多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果确切、生活质量明显改善,且毒副反应少,安全性好,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Clinical observation of treatment combined docetaxel and cisplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness and improvement of life quality of treatment combined docetaxel and cisplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each according to different chemotherapy regimens. Patients in observation group were treated with docetaxel and cisplatin while patients in control group were treated with mitomycin and cisplatin. After two courses of treatment,clinical effectiveness and the changes of life quality in two groups were evaluated and the common toxic and side effects in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate in observation group was 50.0% (15/30), which was significantly higher than that in control group (30.0%,9/30) (P<0.05). The improvement rate plus stabilization rate of life quality in observation group was 90.0%(27/30), which was significantly higher than that in control group(50.0%, 15/30)(P<0.05). The main toxic and side effects in two groups during the treatment of chemotherapy were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction.Other toxic and side effects included alopecia and anaphylaxis. There was no significant difference found in the incidence of toxic and side effects between two groups. Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of treatment combined docetaxel and cisplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer was confirmed. This treatment could improve life quality of patients significantly. Moreover, it had few toxic and side effects and was safe.It was worth clinical promotion and application.
